Terms & Conditions
What you can expect from the platform and what it expects from you — written in the same plain language as the rest of the site. Last updated 1 September 2026.
One distinction runs through all of this: your building operator decides what services exist, what they cost and what happens on a cancellation. We provide the software those decisions are made and recorded in. Knowing which of us to ask saves everybody a great deal of time.
01What these terms cover
These terms apply to the 360SafeOps platform operated by 360SafeOps: the resident app, the staff app, the administrator web portal and the on-premises camera services.
A separate written agreement is signed with each client company, and it covers commercial matters — the fee, the term, the service commitments and the setup. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
02Accounts and access
Residents join with an activation code issued by their building. Staff accounts are created by the client operator, who also decides what each person may see and do.
You are responsible for keeping your own sign-in details to yourself. If you believe someone else has them, tell your building administrator so the account can be secured.
03Using the platform properly
The platform records real work in real buildings, and the record is relied on by other people. What follows is not fine print — each item is something that damages someone else's record if you do it.
- Do not raise requests you have no intention of anyone fulfilling.
- Do not attach photographs or notes that are abusive, or that show people who have not consented to being photographed.
- Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another unit, another building or another client.
- Do not use another person's account, or let another person use yours.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the platform's operation, or to extract data from it by automated means.
04Bookings, prices and cancellations
The services available to you, what they cost, when they can be booked and what happens if you cancel are all set by your building operator, published on that building's own price list, and shown to you before you confirm a booking.
We provide the software those decisions are made in. We do not set your building's prices, and a dispute about a price or a cancellation charge is between you and your building operator.
For repairs, an estimate is issued after the diagnosis and no chargeable work begins until it is approved. Declining an estimate closes the request without a charge for the work.
05What you upload
Photographs, notes and files you attach stay yours. By uploading them you allow us and your building operator to store and display them for the purpose of delivering, proving and invoicing the work.
Completion photographs taken by staff form part of the work record and cannot be deleted by the person who took them, because their whole purpose is to be evidence afterwards.
06Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and will give notice of planned maintenance to client operators. Specific availability commitments, where they exist, live in the signed agreement rather than here.
The camera services keep detecting during a network outage and queue events until the connection returns, so an outage delays a notification rather than losing it. The apps require a network connection to work.
07What we are and are not responsible for
We are responsible for the platform working as described. We are not responsible for the quality of a service delivered by your building's staff or contractors, for prices set by your operator, or for decisions your operator makes using the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Everything else is set out in the signed agreement with the client company.
08Ending it
A resident or staff account is closed by the building operator, or on request — from inside the app, or by writing to support@360safeops.com from the address on the account.
When a client company's agreement ends, its data is exported and handed over in full. Because each client sits in its own store, that handover is a complete copy rather than a filtered extract.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction named in the signed agreement with the client company, and disputes are dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms go to hello@360safeops.com.
Ask before you agree to something
If a clause here matters to your building and the wording is not clear enough, tell us which one. A person answers, and if it needs changing we would rather find that out now.
