Short stays, long stays, one invoice at the end

Housekeeping on a schedule the guest chooses, a desk that knows who is expected, and everything they used during the stay adding up to a single bill — without anybody keeping a tally on paper.

What usually goes wrong here

Nothing on this list is a failing of your team. They are all what happens when the work is real and the record of it is not.

Housekeeping schedules are kept by hand

Someone maintains a wall chart of which apartment gets cleaned on which day, and it goes wrong the first time a guest extends.

Extras get forgotten at checkout

A late cleaning, a laundry run, a guest pass. Each one was real, and at least one of them will not make it onto the bill.

The desk does not know who is expected

A visitor arrives for apartment 704. Nobody at the desk can confirm whether that was arranged.

Long stays and short stays need different handling

One wants a weekly rhythm and a monthly invoice, the other wants a clean tomorrow and a bill on Friday, and the same process is being forced on both.

Housekeeping

A cleaning rhythm the guest sets themselves

Daily, weekly or fortnightly, booked from the app with the discount applied automatically. A single visit can be skipped or moved without unravelling the whole plan, and the schedule is mapped a month ahead.

  • Recurring plans — daily, weekly or fortnightly
  • The recurring discount is applied automatically
  • Skip or move one visit without cancelling the plan
  • Visits are mapped thirty days ahead, so staffing is predictable
  • Each visit finishes with photo proof

The desk

Reception that knows who is coming

The guest issues a pass before their visitor arrives. The desk verifies it, logs the entry and the exit, and can revoke it if the plan changes — so the register is a record rather than a list of names.

  • Passes issued ahead of the visit by the guest
  • Verified at the desk, entry and exit both logged
  • Revoke a pass on the spot
  • Walk-in policy set by the operator
  • Blacklist checked on every arrival

Checkout

Everything used during the stay, on one bill

Every service booked is priced when it is booked, so by checkout the bill has already assembled itself. The guest can settle a single invoice or everything outstanding at once, and upload proof where a transfer is used.

  • The fee is calculated at booking, with any discount already applied
  • Invoices, statements and outstanding balances in the app
  • Settle one invoice or all of them together
  • Payment proof uploaded against the invoice
  • Printable records for the stay

How it runs

One request, from start to paid

The same four beats every time, whichever service it was and whoever raised it.

  1. 01

    The guest arrives

Their lease — long or short — is created, and the app opens on their building's own price list.

    Any length of stay

  2. 02

    They set a cleaning rhythm

Daily, weekly or fortnightly, with the discount applied and the visits mapped a month ahead.

    Skippable

  3. 03

Extras are priced as they happen

A laundry run, a repair, a guest pass — each one is priced at the moment it is booked, not remembered later.

    Nothing forgotten

  4. 04

    Checkout is a formality

The bill is already assembled. They settle it in the app and take a printable record with them.

Questions

What operators ask about serviced apartments

If yours is not here, the FAQ page goes further — or just ask us directly.

Can a stay be extended without redoing the booking?

The lease is renewed and the recurring plan carries on — the visits are materialised on a rolling thirty-day horizon, so extending does not mean rebuilding the schedule.

Do you handle the room booking itself?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This runs what happens during the stay — services, the desk, incidents and the bill. Your reservation system keeps doing the reservations.

Can we bill a corporate account rather than the guest?

Invoices are raised against the lease, so whoever holds the lease is who the statement follows — an individual guest or a company taking apartments for its staff.
